Life Groups
The Children's Ministry at Hope Fellowship is called "The Overcomer's Club" based on Romans 8:17. Here at Hope we are committed to teaching them that they are overcomers through Christ, and launch them on the journey of reaching their potential through Christ!
At Hope we strive to share God's love with kids in a fun, exciting format that reaches a variety of ages (3-12). We work on learning God's Word, learning basics of Christian life, and practice encouraging one another! Every week is full of laughter, games, prizes, and excitement! Our children's ministry team uses an amazing curriculum, and prepares incredible crafts each and every week that teach something. We are teaching them to be kingdom-minded, spirit-led young boys and girls. We're teaching bible stories and wonderful kingdom truths to your children that will lay a foundation for what God can do in their lives.
So we are not just babysitting children... we are helping them follow Jesus. The goal of our children's ministry is to connect kids to God and others, grow to be more like Jesus, and engage their community.
Children's Facility When selecting a new building and location for Hope Fellowship to call home the search team focused on space for children as defining criteria. In our current location the Konnect Children's Ministry has a spacious class room with room for expansion. The children's ministry also utilizes the spacious grounds surrounding our building for scavenger hunts, and activities related to the weeks lesson.
The Overcomer Curriculum
The curriculum that is used in our children's ministry is designed to teach children Christian values and biblical living. Pastor Ashlee has organized the children's calendar so the kids learn from the Old Testament and the other half in the New Testament. The curriculum uses visual aids, games, crafts, songs, and themed snacks to share the Kingdom truths in a memorable way.
For infants and toddlers we have nursery available every week but children of any age are always welcome in our services.
